Intro
For new athletes looking to start their Parkour progression. They learn the basic skills of control, balance, and coordination. They will learn the progressions and beginner tricks in the facility.
1-hour sessions once per week, 7 sessions
7:1 class ratio
Experienced
For athletes who have completed the Airhouse intro to parkour lessons and/or have experience in parkour or trampoline. Athletes will develop and refine the fundamental skills and movements in a coach-led, challenging, fair, and supportive environment. Athletes will build their confidence on the parkour floor and equipment.
